SUPPORTING MEMBERS

HELP US HELP THEM BY BECOMING A

SUPPORTING MEMBER

Even if you do not have time to volunteer, you can help us rescue dogs and cats in need by becoming a Supporting Member of the High Plateau Humane Society!

It's easy to set up automatic donations or you can simply mail us a check!  Donations as low as $10 per month make a big difference to us while making a minimal impact on your budget!

Supporting Members donating $50 per month (or $600 per year) or more are also eligible for a free 6"x 6" pet photo tile of your favorite pet (or pets) which will be installed as part of our "Forever Yours" outdoor mural!*

MAIL:  If you choose to mail your check, please make it out to "HPHS" and mail it to:

MAKE IT AUTOMATIC:   There are many ways to make automatic payments to the High Plateau Humane Society.  The easiest way is to click on the "Donate" button at the bottom of the page and then click on the "Monthly" button when you see the PayPal prompt.  You then get to select whether this donation will be done through PayPal or with a Debit or Credit Card.  SIMPLE!

Another way is to go to your own bank and set up the payment though them, either in person or on line!  Either way, you are in control and can stop or change the payment at any time.

MAKE IT SPECIFIC (IF YOU LIKE):  Funds from Supporting Members will be divided equally between our pet cat and dog care programs to care for the homeless animals that we have taken in.  Our Program Managers will use the funds where the need is greatest.  If that works for you, there is no need to be specific about your donation.  Since our overhead costs (like insurance, mortgages, and utilities) are covered by income generated by the Thrift Store, 100% of whatever you donate goes directly toward caring for the animals.  These expenses include veterinary care, food and treats, medicines, minor equipment, and even a few dog and cat toys.

However, if you want all your funds to go to a specific program, you just need to let us know when you make your donation.  Here are a list of Funds you can select:

  • DOGS
    • Dog Care Fund (helps all dogs, all breeds, all ages get the care they need)
    • Senior Dog Fund (pays for dental care and other veterinary costs for dogs over 6 years)
  • CATS
    • Cat Care Fund (helps provide needed care to all our adoptable pet cats)
    • Senior Cat Fund (pays for dental care and other veterinary costs for cats over 6 years)
  • FERAL CATS
    • Spay and Neuter Fund (pays to spay or neuter and immunize feral cats and re-home them as barn cats when possible)
